Audience question → stream overlay

Paste an X post URL (or type a question). Get a transparent PNG at any resolution. Restream Studio → Graphics → Overlays → upload → Show.

…or type a question manually

How to show this on Restream Studio

  1. Render at 1920×1080 (the default) and click Download PNG. The file is transparent — only the card shows, over whatever layout is live.
  2. In Restream Studio, open the Graphics tab (right sidebar) → Overlays → click the to upload the PNG. Overlays must be 1920×1080, under 25 MB; uploads need a paid Restream plan; up to 50 per brand folder.
  3. When you want it on air, click Show on that overlay. Click it again to Hide. Only one overlay shows at a time, so upload one card per question.
  4. Prepare cards before the show. Overlays are static ("displays exactly as you upload it") — you can't reposition them in Studio. Pick the position here (bottom-center keeps guest faces clear in most layouts) before you download.
  5. If the question came in through the stream's own chat (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, Facebook, Kick): skip the upload — Chat tab → Show on stream → click the message, and it appears as a styled card. Style it once under the Theme tab.
  6. No time to render? Captions tab → Add Lower Third → type @handle — question → Show. Text-only, 240 characters, fixed lower-third position.
